RENTON, Wash., August 9, 2024 — PACCAR Parts and Peterbilt Motors Company held the 2024 “Amplify Your Advantage” Parts and Service Meeting on August 7 – 9 in Nashville, Tennessee. The dynamic event was filled with training, strategic planning, sales and dealer-focused discussions, and networking opportunities for Peterbilt dealers, PACCAR Parts, Peterbilt personnel and PACCAR suppliers.

The meeting began with an awards ceremony to celebrate dealer achievements and performance.

“Peterbilt dealerships raise the bar on parts and service performance every year,” said Laura Bloch, PACCAR vice president and PACCAR Parts general manager. “Their consistency in the customer experience and commitment to quality assurance showcase their dedication to excellence.”

Award criteria was based on maximizing uptime, retail sales growth, parts purchase growth, PACCAR MX Engine technician staffing, and participation in customer support programs.

The following awards were presented to Peterbilt dealerships:

The Fleet Services Dealer of the Year winner was The Larson Group for their outstanding support of fleet customers and participation in the PACCAR Parts Fleet Services program.

The TRP Dealer of the Year was awarded to Coast Counties Peterbilt for growth in their TRP parts purchases.

The Pete Store was recognized as the Technology Dealer of the Year for their use of several key PACCAR Parts technology applications, including MDI and PACCAR Parts’ eCommerce program, Online Parts Counter.

The PACCAR Parts UPTIME Dealer of the Year award was earned by Stahl Peterbilt. This award recognizes a dealer whose commitment to delivering service and parts programs has resulted in delivering industry-leading uptime to their customers.

Following the awards ceremony, dealers attended a series of 30 customized seminars specifically designed to address industry trends across subjects such as electric vehicle opportunities, customer analytics, recruitment best practices and customer service excellence. Dealers also participated in interactive workshops and networked directly with OEM and aftermarket suppliers during the ATS Expo trade fair. Exhibitors displayed their products and offered interactive demonstrations.
