RENTON, Wash., (February 25, 2021) – PACCAR Parts awarded dealers for outstanding performance at this month’s virtual Kenworth Dealer Meeting. Awards were given for parts and service excellence and top TRP performance. These dealers demonstrated exceptional overall growth and fleet support, increased sales staff, delivered industry-leading retail availability and invested in facilities, equipment and people to ensure the highest levels of customer service that drive uptime.

The 2020 Kenworth Parts and Service Dealer of the Year award was presented to Palmer Trucks/Kenworth of Indianapolis. This dealer demonstrated excellent parts growth, invested in training and equipment and provided exceptional retail availability. Palmer successfully leverages PACCAR Parts technologies such as eCommerce and Managed Dealer Inventory (MDI) and has a tireless commitment to customer satisfaction.

The TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year award recognizes the Kenworth dealer that provides the best support for the TRP brand. The TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year was awarded to Papé Kenworth. In 2020, Papé significantly elevated the TRP brand with exceptional sales and retail availability, operating two independent TRP stores and enhancing service to all-makes truck, trailer and bus customers.
